Has Microsoft gone to far?

I am speaking about Xbox live policy enforcement, I have been reading their forums, the ones in regards to suspensions, only to see that people are being permanently banned for playing a game early. Now by no means should you be able to get away with it, but permanent suspension? that's going to far maybe it should be like if you play the game 2 weeks early, your suspension lasts until 2 weeks after the games release. Many other things are disturbing as well, apart from the obvious reasons, swear words, sexual orientation, religion, scamming and so forth on a profile that do warrant suspensions but there are others that don't quite make sense, one person was band and the response from enforcement team was that he had his real name on his profile, yet xbox live has a place to put your actual name on your bio!
Xbox live should definitely continue to police their product, They provide a good service, and I'm sure that it is not an easy job policing millions of users. Maybe they should change there terms and code of conduct, just a little bit, perhaps with the help of actual user input through surveys or polls. It's good to be politically correct just don't take it to far. Maybe they should also consider giving the individual user more power to block what they don't want to see or hear for themselves.

So I had a bit of free time and I was looking around firefox add ons, and one of them had a comment of "this works a bit like "flock" so I googled and here I am typing my blog using flock to manage all my social media needs, even though no one knows I blog or twitt or anything alse for that matter but ohwell. Honesty, poop on it I say

What good does it to live a clean life, an honest life, when people around me who are immature, dumb asses, pot heads, druggies, sluts, and just plain bitches do better in life and are more successful, why do I bother? So my children will learn that if I follow the rules I get no where like daddy? It pisses me, off I know , some of you might say just try harder, or your not applying your self enough and thats why they're more successful. um no! bullshit!

corporate sponsorship

I wonder, is there anyone ( a regular guy, not a celebrity or sports figure ) who is corporate sponsored. It sounds crazy but why not, a company could say it is accessible to the "everyman" and in turn gain profits by simply sponsoring a "regular joe" "Hi I'm "any guy in the world" and i drive (name brand) vehicles, I wear (what ever brand ) cloths, and so on. Sounds nice but I doubt the world is gonna be banging on my door wanting to sponsor me. :P

Just another day

Thought I would write something down before sleep, but nothing comes to mind. So heres my day instead, I got home took a nap, cleaned the bathroom, mopped the floors, got some groceries, I then rewarded myself with a little time on the old xbox. Oh yeah and I watched Forest Gump for the billionth time with my family, a decent day. Tomorrow I'll clean the bedroom a little more.

Sleep Dammit!

I can't sleep! I hate this, I go to sleep early so I can get up for work at 645 but I end up waking up at 4 or 5 and I can't go back to sleep! What really ticks me off about it is that when I get I'm so tired and sleepy that I don't spend time with my family, or get any of the house cleaning done.

Can you spare some change?

It doesn't happen to often, except around the holidays but it really pisses me off. People begging for money. Don't get me wrong I understand that hard times can fall on any one especially these days. What I am referring to are the people that try to scam you, most of the time you can tell the difference. The person who begs day in and day out sometimes and different locations through out the city (example same lady begging for money at different wal marts in a city) or the people who are stranded at the grocery store cause they ran out of gas. (and they have no groceries). To often I've been approached with the excuse of "excuse me sir I live on the other side of town and I'm afraid I ran out of gas could you spare some change so I can get gas to make it home?" Now why would you purposefully go to other side of town for no good reason if you don't have a lot gas in your car?
I'm not rich, far from it, but it's disturbing how lazy some people are that they beg for money just cause they don't wanna work or there druggies, and I feel its an insult to the millions of people out there who are homeless or really jobless, and down on there luck. If I don't have money for gas my happy ass is gonna stay home or walk to where ever I need to go.

I figured I'd start this thing cause I had a few min before I had to go to work, and guess what I now have to go to work. :)
